Hello, I am George Shafazand, a property manager and consultant with years of experience under my belt. I am part of the Happy Homes Partners Group in August 2016. With 28 years of experience in real estate development, it is not strange that my reputation precedes me.
I have experience spans various areas of property management that include multi-residential housing, construction administration, commercial retail, economic development, and project management. I am also serves as an expert witness in many court cases involving investors/owners and their management firms.
Where did the idea for HELPYOURBUSINESS.US come from?
I started my business by getting referrals from the companies that I had consulted with so I called it HELPYOURBUSINESS.US
How did you get started in your industry?
I joined a real estate company that managed commercial and residential properties
Why do you think that PR is the tool you need to implement in your business and how does it help to grow your business?
Every business needs a PR to grow business; I prefer a human touch before AI PR system.
What are you currently doing to maintain/grow your business?
I teach workshops and have online webinars
What are the three biggest challenges you have faced growing the business and how did you overcome them?
My biggest challenge was growing into the overseas market, but accidentally one of the hotels that I help reposition in the market was owned by a European company called Accor Hotels
As an entrepreneur, what is it that actually motivates and drives you?
Name, Reputation, and of course money
What social media platforms do you usually use to increase your brand’s awareness and why?
Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and Tik-Tok because they are global social media, and it is cheap to place an advertisement and target the audience I want
What is your experience with paid advertising, like PPC or sponsored content marketing campaigns? Does it work?
Paid advertising is one of the best tools you can use to grow your business and target the audience you want.
What is your main tactic when it comes to making more people aware of your brand and engaging your customers? How did your business stand out?
Tag words, Google AdWords, it has been working and since I pay, I get to be in the top 5

It is absolutely a must-have to grow the business

Google and frequent emails advertising to major companies
What is the toughest decision you had to make in the last few months?
I had to convince a married couple to put the business up for sale since they could not agree to work in harmony
What money mistakes have you made along the way that others can learn from (or something you’d do differently)?
Advertisement, I spend lots of money on the wrong platforms until I found the real sources

It is global and always in high demand

Never give up continue working hard and it will eventually come
If you could go back in a time machine to the time when you were just getting started, what would you do differently?
Do the correct advertisement and hire a PR
What has been your greatest achievement so far?
I took a restaurant that was making $25 a day to $4500 per day in less than 90 days.
